Healthy Snickers Pie

35 oz of oat bran

176 oz of coconut flour

3,52oz oz of peanut flour

100 oz cashew nut flour

140 oz brown sugar

3,52oz melted coconut oil

enough water

1 pinch of salt
miso caramel

3 tablespoons of sugar

Minimum water to cover

1 tablespoon of milk

1 dessert spoon of miso
peanut butter and chocolate cream

5,29oz vegan chocolate 70% cocoa

50 ml of warm plant-based milk

3,52oz of warmed cashew nut cream

1 cup roasted and shelled peanuts

140oz brown sugar

176oz of molasses

Pasta

In a bowl, mix the flours with the sugar.
Add the oil and mix until it forms a wet crumb.
Pour in the water and mix until it forms a cookie-like dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grease a pie pan, spread the dough evenly over it, lining the bottom and sides.
Make holes all over the surface with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Reserve.

miso caramel

In a pan, add the sugar, cover with water and leave on low heat until it forms a thick syrup.
In a bowl, place the miso, milk and mix well.
When the syrup boils and is thicker, turn off the heat and add it to the miso milk mixture.
Mix well and set aside.

chocolate cream, peanut crispy and montage

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Add the chestnut cream, the warm milk, mix well until it forms a cream. Reserve.
For the crunch, in a skillet, add the peanuts, sugar and molasses.
Let it cook, stirring occasionally, until it reaches the caramel point.
Turn off the heat, pour on a smooth countertop or a silicone mat and wait for it to cool completely.

To assemble, line the bottom and sides of the dough with the miso caramel and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Pour the chocolate cream on top, spreading evenly and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
