Brownie With Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 bar of semisweet chocolate 180 grams
- 120 grams of milk butter
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- walnuts (as many as you like)
- 1 bar of white chocolate 180 grams, chopped
Preparation
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie. Also melt the butter, separate from the chocolate. Add the two, turn the mixer on slowly and add the other ingredients. The dough will be shiny and thick.
Crush the walnuts into small pieces first and chop the white chocolate into small pieces as well. Mix in the dough with the help of a spatula. Line a square and medium tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place the dough, spreading it out evenly.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for +or- 30 minutes. Don’t leave it too much in the oven, otherwise it loses that wet look it should have. Allow to cool and cut into squares. If you want to serve it hot, you can serve it with ice cream.
